2. Delivery locations
We only deliver within Australia.
3. Costs and Timeframe
We deliver all orders by third party domestic and international mail providers and couriers at the cost as set out in your order.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch your order as soon as possible after the date on which we confirm that we have received payment for your order. After we accept your order, delivery is estimated to occur:
(a) to metropolitan areas within two to three weeks; or
(b) to regional areas within three to four weeks.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the extended timeframe for delivery.
4. Lost or Damaged Products
We will take responsibility for your order until proof of delivery to you.
As we use and rely on third party courier services to deliver our products we cannot guarantee that orders will not be damaged or lost in transit.
If you think that products have been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us.
We will undertake all reasonable steps to follow-up and investigate with our third party courier service providers. We may also offer a full replacement of your order in some circumstances in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy.
As a default procedure, a notification card will be left with instructions to pick up your delivery should you be absent upon delivery.
We recommend delivering to a business address or a residential address where you know that someone will be home to accept the delivery.
