Specification & compliance

What a specifier needs, stated by the mill rather than by us.

Fire rating. Rebel Walls state that their wallpapers are “tested following European Fire Regulations and have a pass mark of B-s1, d0.” If your project needs a documented rating, start there and we will request the certificate to accompany your quote.

Commercial-grade substrates. Casamance, Sandberg and Emma Hayes all produce commercial-weight wallcoverings alongside their residential ranges. Sandberg’s commercial grade carries a PVC top layer for durability; Emma Hayes’ commercial lines are PVC-free. Which one suits depends on the traffic and the cleaning regime, and we will talk it through rather than guess.

Documentation. Tell us what the specifier needs — fire rating, composition, roll or panel dimensions, care instructions — and we will get it from the mill. We do not publish a specification we have not been given.

We do not contract the installation. We refer you to an installer who quotes and contracts directly, so defect and make-good sit with the trade that did the work.

How long does approval take?

We review applications within 1–2 business days and email you as soon as your account is ready.

Can you help with quantities and measurements?

Absolutely. Send us your wall dimensions and we’ll calculate exactly how many rolls or panels you need — see our measuring guide or just ask your dedicated contact.
