This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1) Who we are

We/Us” means Wallpaper Trader (ABN above), operated by Wallpaper Trader Pty Ltd. Our website is wallpapertrader.com and any related sites we control.

2) Personal information we collect

  • Identity & contact: name, email, phone, billing/shipping addresses.
  • Order & support: order details, messages, photos you send us to assess an issue.
  • Device & usage: IP address, device identifiers, pages viewed, on-site events (via cookies/pixels).
  • Payments: processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments/Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.

3) How we use personal information

  • to fulfil orders, provide customer support, and handle returns/warranties;
  • to operate, secure and improve our services (analytics, debugging, load-balancing);
  • to personalise and measure marketing (where permitted/consented);
  • to comply with law and prevent fraud.
