Wallpaper Trader Pty Ltd ACN 615 762 804 ('we', 'us' or 'our') will process all orders made via the website known as www.wallpapertrader.com (Website), subject to our Website Terms and Conditions.
This Returns and Exchanges Policy sets out the terms on which we deal with any returns and exchanges of goods ordered via the Website.
We do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ if you decide you do not like the purchase, or in any other circumstance.
For example, if you have ordered surplus wallpaper, we will not offer refunds for any surplus wallpaper (unless we are required to do so under the ACL as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Sale).
3. Faulty or Defective Goods
If you receive faulty or defective goods from us, you must notify us in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale, and return those goods to us within 14 days of delivery and we will inspect the goods. If we agree that the goods have a major fault (other than through abnormal use), we will contact you and you may choose to either receive a refund or to have the goods replaced. If we agree that the goods have a minor fault (other than through abnormal use) we may elect to repair the goods for you within a reasonable period of time or to offer you a replacement (at our discretion). In both cases where we agree that the goods are faulty, we will reimburse you for any reasonable postage costs incurred by you to return the goods to us.
We cannot provide a refund or replacement of the goods where:
the goods have sustained damage due to abnormal use or where it has been cut, hung or installed by you or by a third party on your behalf; or
you have installed the goods incorrectly, for example, you have pasted the paper instead of the wall.
We offer exchanges of goods within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges will only be allowed where ordered goods are kept unopened in their original packaging and are in a resalable condition.
If you wish to exchange goods, you must first notify us at email@example.com. If an exchange is approved, you shall be responsible for packaging and sending the original goods back to us and shall bear all of the costs associated with this.
Once the original goods have been received by us, we will send out the exchanged goods to you as per our standard Shipping Policy. You shall bear the standard delivery costs associated with this.
5. No Cancellation or Changes
Please carefully check to ensure that all details in your order are accurate prior to finalising your purchase at check-out. We do not accept or accommodate changes to your order or delivery details once the online purchase transaction has been completed.
