Fire ratings

Open any product and the Specifications table shows the fire class its maker publishes. We do not publish a rating the maker has not given us. If your project needs an AS 5637.1 Group rating, tell us and we will ask the maker for the certificate before you order.

Documentation

Tell us what the specifier needs — fire rating, composition, roll or panel dimensions, care instructions — and we will get it from the maker.

Installation

We do not contract the installation. We refer you to an installer who quotes and contracts directly, so defect and make-good sit with the trade that did the work.
