The last Metro entrance designed by Guimard is in the Dauphine district. Its botanical theme and curved lines bring this floral design to life, produced using traditional printing. The ink is applied using engraved wooden cylinders leading to irregularities and an authentic hand-made look. This technique gives the outlines subtle depth, creating the illusion of a freshly-painted flower. The metallic inks add exquisite highlights.
