If you need a test report
In the public areas of a commercial building, your building surveyor decides which fire Group a wall needs. Send us the design and that Group, and we will ask the maker for the test report. Our guide to commercial wallpaper explains the fire tests and what each maker states.
Wet areas and cleaning
Sandberg states that its Commercial Vinyl suits all areas except those with high humidity, such as bathrooms. Cleaning instructions are on each product page in the maker's words. Where a page has no care line, the maker has not given one, and we will ask on your behalf.
Ordering for a project
Every design comes as a sample, so you can see it on the wall in the room's own light. Standard delivery in Australia is 3 weeks and express is 10 business days. Emma Hayes designs are printed to order and take 4 to 6 weeks. Tell us your quantity and the date you need it, and we will confirm the lead time. Trade pricing and project quantities go through our trade program.
Write to us at hello@wallpapertrader.com or through our contact page with the design, the wall size or quantity, the fire Group you need and the date you need it. We will come back with options and any test reports.
