Banana and fan palms sway across the wall in La Palma, the best-known wallpaper in Catherine Martin's Majorelle collection for Mokum — a range inspired by Jardin Majorelle, Yves Saint Laurent's garden retreat in Marrakech. The four-time Academy Award winner's eye for theatre shows in the scale and movement of the palms, while a faux linen emboss recalls the bark cloth prints of 1950s resort style. Made to transport a powder room, dining room, bar or bedroom somewhere warmer.
