About this design
We love the balance here: the pattern feels grand and decorative, but the overall effect is still refined and easy to live with. Tom is majestic, grand and graceful, with a modern international character.
The large-scale botanical motif gives the wall movement and depth, making it ideal for spaces that need presence without the busyness of a small repeat. This is a styling inference based on the scale, category tags and repeat size listed on the product page.
It is printed as a traditional wallpaper roll with Sandberg’s premium-quality approach, including hand-drawn design origins, excellent light fastness and a spongeable finish.
Styling notes
We’d use Tom where you want the wallpaper to do some of the heavy lifting, such as behind a bed, along a dining wall, in a living room, or through a hallway with good sightlines. The pattern has enough scale to anchor a room on its own.
It pairs beautifully with timber, cane, linen, velvet, brushed brass and simple upholstered pieces. Because the design already carries movement, we’d keep the rest of the scheme relatively calm and let the wallpaper remain the hero.
